Vineyards

The vineyard comprises four individual management units, often picked differentially to maximise the fruit quality from the vintage. The names of the individual units correspond to the year they were planted.

Grapes are harvested from vines averaging yields of 2.5 tonnes per acre. Winemakers use traditional methods to capture the great intensity of fruit and develop exceptional length of palate resulting in outstanding examples of Shiraz from the Ebenezer region.

When selecting fruit, winemakers often pick parcels of fruit from vines growing on different soil types to create a tightly woven and complex palate. It is from these superior lots that exceptional Shiraz is crafted.
